RATES
A free phone consultation is the first step. It is imperative that we have a good rapport and also that you have an exceptional comfort level with me - since I will be coming into your home.
Organizing Rate:
I charge $60 per hour, I'll work within your schedule, and I'm confident you will find that my fee is a true bargain! In fact I guarantee it - if you are not 100% satisfied it is free! A typical session with me needs to be 3 or 4 hours to complete an area.
Examples of costs:
1. Rearrange bedroom furniture, hang new curtains, hang new closet shelf, help you list items that you don't want (so you can sell them), organize the closet. 5 hours total cost: $300.00
2. Organize and beautify a laundry room: Work with you to come up with a functional design that you like, write up any needed supplies for you to get. I will put up wall shelving, organize items into the area, put up hooks to hang needed items. 4 hours total cost: $240.00
Interior Decorating Rate:
Most interior decorating / design needs are very unique. I do everything from helping my clients with determining what color paint to use, to designing and decorating their entire home. I like to first talk to you on the phone to determine your needs. Then I will come out to your house ($120.00 fee) for a 2 hour in-house consultation. Based on our phone conversation I will come with items for you to look at to determine your style. If you are questioning what flooring to use for a remodel I might bring along items to discuss that will help you make an informed and confident decision.
